Madness that Thin Lizzy released this and 'Jailbreak' in the same year, some kind of creative peak that. Whilst not the masterpiece that 'Jailbreak' is, it's a more eclectic record, a little more experimental, full of grooves, Phil really leading the bass guitar but there's still plenty of time for the rippers. 

Johnny The Fox was recorded in the same year and was released in October 1976 to critical acclaim and got to no 11 in the UK charts.
